Jessie, a Baltimore native, has been part of the Pet+E.R. team since 2019. She began her career as a Client Service Representative, quickly advancing to Client Service Manager, and in January 2025, she stepped into her current role as Human Resources Generalist.

Throughout her time with the company, Jessie has embraced every opportunity for growth—both professionally and personally. She has completed two specialized courses: one in Veterinary Business Practice Management and another in Human Resources, further strengthening her leadership and organizational expertise.

Jessie’s favorite part of her role is supporting her colleagues and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive. She considers Pet+E.R. more than just a workplace—it’s truly a family where everyone looks out for one another and shares a passion for helping both people and pets.

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys spending time with her son, her two dogs—French Fri and Voodoo—and her four cats—Lucian, Winnie, Dave, and Glitch. She loves reading, listening to music, and relaxing with family and friends. Jessie is proud to be part of the Pet+E.R. family and looks forward to continuing to grow alongside her team and the practice.
