Karina joined Pet+E.R. in 2017 as a Client Service Representative after emigrating from Ireland in 2005 at the age of 23. Her dedication, warmth, and ability to bring people together quickly made her an invaluable part of the team. She has been recognized with multiple awards, including Most Valued Employee and the Inclusivity Core Value Award.

As her leadership skills continued to shine, Karina was promoted to Client Service Manager, and in 2023, she was promoted to Office Manager. She loves learning something new every day and takes pride in building strong relationships among staff, clients, and services throughout the hospital.

At home, Karina shares her life with her amazing wife and her beloved St. Bernard, Finn. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing pool, fishing, and diving into video games. Although she lives far from her family in Ireland, Karina feels grateful to have found a second family at Pet+E.R. and is excited to continue growing within the practice.
